Setup

A server admin can finish the setup in under a minute.

Invite ProtoTrack

Open the install link, select your Discord server, and approve the requested permissions. Discord requires the installing account to have Manage Server permission.

Choose a post channel

Run the setup command, select the channel where Target Loot should appear, then choose the delivery format. ProtoTrack posts the current Target Loot once immediately after setup.

Check the status

Use the status command to confirm the server is subscribed.

Use it in DMs

Install the app for DMs or open a bot DM, then run the current command to receive today's Target Loot privately. Use subscribe if you want the daily Target Loot DM automatically when ProtoTrack publishes.

Watchlist supports Brand Sets, Gear Sets, weapons, gear slots, and mods, for example Body Armor, Rifles, or Gear Mods.

Troubleshooting

ProblemFix
Command is not visibleKick and re-invite the bot, then wait a moment. Server commands can also require a fresh command registration.
Setup works, but no first post appearsCheck the selected channel permissions for the bot role. View Channel and Send Messages must be explicitly allowed. Embed Links is required for fast image delivery; Attach Files is required for attachment image delivery.
Server wants text instead of an imageRun /targetloot setup again and choose format:text. Use format:image for the image card or format:both for text plus image.
Missing PermissionsThe bot can see the selected channel, but is not allowed to post everything ProtoTrack needs. Allow View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, and Attach Files for the ProtoTrack bot role in that channel, then run /targetloot setup again.
Missing Access / HTTP 403The bot cannot access the selected channel at all. Check that the channel still exists, that the bot is still installed on the server, and that private channel overrides allow the ProtoTrack bot role to View Channel. Then run /targetloot setup again.
Wrong channel was selectedRun /targetloot setup again with the correct channel. The latest setup replaces the old one.
Stop posts on a serverRun /targetloot disable or remove the bot from the server.
